World leaders will be meeting in Washington next week for the annual NATO summit. United States Ambassador to Canada David Cohen joins Power & Politics to discuss the U.S.’s priorities — mainly Ukraine but also hints from the Canadian government that it may finally have a plan to hit NATO’s defence spending target.
